How can recipients check their gift card balance?
To check gift card balance, they need to enter the 19-digit card number from the back of their gift card.
How can recipients use their voucher?
Different process could apply for different brands, so they just need follow the steps through which they’ll be guided.
What should the recipents do if their voucher code isn't working?
Sometimes, when recipients try to use a voucher code, they can get a message saying it’s either expired or not recognised. If it’s expired, they won’t be able to use it any more.
If it’s not recognised, they can follow these steps to get to the bottom of the problem:
1. They need to make sure they are using the voucher correctly. They need to read the terms and conditions, which are at the bottom of the email they received.
2. They need to make sure the voucher applies to at least one item in their bag - not all items are eligible for promo codes.
3. The voucher might be a retail voucher - these can't be used at online shops.
If none of these issues applies, they need to make sure they’ve entered the voucher code exactly as it appears. Some common mistakes are:
• Check spacing, character errors and / or spelling mistakes.
• The voucher code field is case-sensitive. Check that the ‘Caps Lock’ key is off and use uppercase where necessary.
• Check you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1 and the letters O/I.
