Why do users need to create a username and password for their prepaid card?
If they get multiple Prepaid Digital Tokens, they’ll be able to create a password-protected Account, where they can see all their cards in one place including card details, mail dates, balances, PINs, spend history and more.
What are the rules for username and password creation for the prepaid card?
For security reasons, it’s important that passwords and usernames are unique and hard to guess.
Account username rules:
• Username and password can’t be the same. • Username must be at least 6 characters and no more than 50 characters. • Username can have letters, numbers and special characters, but no spaces. • Letters within username aren’t case sensitive. If you enter your username as lowercase the first time and uppercase later, both will work. • You could use an email address for a username, or use something else if you would like
Account passwords rules:
• Password can’t be the same as your username. • Password must be at least 7 characters and no more than 32 characters, including spaces. • Password must have at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number. • Password can have special characters and symbols. • Letters within password are case sensitive.
If user forgot their password for their prepaid card, how do they get into My Account?
You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Username or Password. Link on the home page. You’ll then need to enter your username and answer the Challenge Question. This was set up when you made your account. If your answer matches, you’ll receive via email a temporary password to use. You can then pick a new password when you log in.
Why do users need to provide their address while confirming their prepaid card?
The address will be used to mail a physical plastic card to the recipient, if they choose to get a physical card. The card address is also an important part of making sure they can use their virtual or physical card successfully. Most web merchants run address verification when the recipient checks out, to make sure that the address of the card and the address they give the merchant are a match. If they move or need to make an address correction for any reason, they can edit the card address at any time.
How can a user update their address?
If they need to make an address correction for any reason, they need to log into their Account, go to the Menu and click Profile. Here, they can edit their Account address, which means that the next card they add to their Account will use this address. They can also update the address of an individual card by clicking on a card in their Account or clicking on the original email that was sent to them. Then, select the Edit option, next to the address.
What will we do with recipients’ personal information?
Their information will only be used to create, deliver and service their card. We will never sell it to other companies or use it to market to them.
What should the user do if they didn’t get a verification code?
They may be sent a verification email when giving their profile information, which helps us verify their identity and protect their card. If they don’t get the email within one minute, they need to check their junk mail or spam folders first. They can also click Resend to have another email sent.
