How do I sign up?

To create a Workbloom Account:

• Go to www.workbloom.com
• Navigate to "Sign Up"
• Create your Workbloom account filling in the required fields

Once you have filled in the email addressand selected password, click "Sign Up”. You will then be asked to check your mailbox to confirm your account via clicking a link.

Once your account has been confirmed, you will need to fill in the form “Company Onboarding” with all the required details.

I haven’t received any email to confirm my account, what do I do?

You first need to make sure you have checked the spam folder of the mailbox of the email address you have used. If no email has been received, you need to click on the button Resend email confirmation in the Sign Up page. Please note you may not confirm your account through a mobile phone, you need to be logged into your mailbox on a desktop device.

How long do I wait for the Onboarding to be completed?

The review of the Company Information will take up to 5 working days. You’ll be notified via email once complete. You’ll get notified in your Workbloom account, too.

Why do I need to pass Know Your Business procedure?

Governments and regulatory bodies (such as the FATF, FinCEN, and EU AML directives) require financial service providers and payment platforms to implement anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) measures. KYB is a key part of these requirements, ensuring that businesses using the platform are legitimate and legally registered entities.

Without KYB, the platform could unknowingly process payments for shell companies, fraudulent businesses, or criminal organizations.

How to log into your account?

To access your Workbloom Portal:

• Go to the Workbloom Portal
• Sign in using your email address and secure password

How to retrieve forgotten password for your account?

To reset your password for the Workbloom Portal:To access your Workbloom Portal:

• Go to the Workbloom Portal
• Click on the link "Forgot Your Password"
• Enter the email address with which you have initially registered
• Click on the button "Reset password"
• You’ll receive an email with a link, through which you get a screen open, where you can set your new password

Where can I see the details and fees of my subscription plan?

That information will be available on the Dashboard of the Platform. You’ll have to navigate to the left-hand side menus on the Platform and you’ll find there the menu Subscriptions Management.

How to upgrade to a new subscription plan?

There is only one plan at the moment, which is free of charge. Once there are Subscriptions plans added, from the dashboard (Subscriptions Management menu) you’ll be able to select the right plan for your needs.

Can I add users to my account?

There is only one possible user to be set at the moment. Once we develop the functionality to allow adding users to your platform profile, you’ll be notified with instructions on what is possible

How to load funds for my campaigns?

You need to navigate to the Campaigns menu on the Dashboard and once you see the list of campaigns, double click on the specific campaign. When you are in the campaign page, to add funds, go to the section Campaign Funds and click on the button Add Funds.

Where can I see the activity for my campaigns?

To check how your campaigns perform and any relevant details in this regard, select the menu Campaigns at the left hand side of the Dashboard. Identify the campaign in the list and double click on it to see campaign reports, balance and funds due. To arrange campaign edits, please click on the edit icon to the far right of the campaign line in the list of campaigns.

Where can I see the overall balance of my account?

Overall balance information is available on the Dashboard (top right).

Can I change the currency of my account?

Your account currency is generally defined by your company registration address location. Currency change of the account is possible. You need to contact our Customer Service team at the advertised contact details. Please note that the currency of your campaigns may vary within the range of currencies offered for the specific product and be different to the currency of the account.

Where can I add a new campaign?

From your main Dashboard page navigate to the top left corner (just under the Workbloom logo), where you’ll see a button, named Create New campaign, so just follow through it.

How can I verify the progress of processing of each campaign?

To check the progress of processing of your Campaign, select the menu Campaigns at the left hand side of the Dashboard. Identify the campaign in the list and double click on it to see campaign reports. The transaction status of each recipient shows the fulfillment progress status.

How to view and download your account statement?

The account statement is available in the Reports section, you can download it from there.

How do I issue cards?

You first need to create a campaign and select fulfillment option Digital prepaid card, add the recipients with respective amounts and then fund the overall campaign, based on the recipients list and respective total amounts. Once funds are visible in the campaign available funds section and available funds are equal or exceed the funds due balance, you can press the button "Pay now".

How do I issue vouchers?

You first need to create a campaign, add the recipients with respective amounts and then fund the overall campaign, based on the recipients list and respective total amounts. You need to select Digital voucher as a fulfillment method and then select a specific branded gift card from the provided catalogue or choose the Choice link option to mix and match a selection of brands to combine different gift cards at different amount each. Once funds are visible in the campaign available funds section and available funds are equal or exceed the funds due balance, you can press the button "Pay now".
