What is Workbloom?

Workbloom is the smarter way to reward and recognise your people. Our intuitive SaaS platform helps HR teams build thriving workplace cultures through one-time celebrations, automated recognition campaigns and flexible reward options.

Who is Workbloom for?

Workbloom is designed for HR teams, People & Culture managers and People Operations teams who want a simpler way to run employee recognition and rewards programmes.

It's a great fit for companies looking to automate key moments like birthdays, work anniversaries and performance incentives, so important moments never get missed while cutting down on admin work.

What problems does Workbloom solve?

Managing employee recognition manually can be time-consuming and inconsistent.

Workbloom simplifies the process by bringing everything into one place. Your team can automate rewards, organise employee data, distribute rewards more efficiently and measure the impact of recognition initiatives with built-in reporting and tax compliance.

How do I sign up?

To create a Workbloom Account:

• Go to the Sign Up page (or click "Login" and then "Sign Up")
• Enter your email address and create a password
• Confirm your email via the link sent to your inbox

Once you confirm your email, you can access your account. You will need to fill in the form "Company Onboarding" with your business details.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received your confirmation email, try one of the following:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure your email address is correct
• Click "Resend confirmation email" on the Sign Up page

What happens after I sign up?

After signing up, your company information is being reviewed as part of onboarding. Once approved, you can start creating campaigns and sending rewards.

Some features, such as prepaid cards, may require additional verification.

How long does company onboarding take?

Once you complete the "Company Onboarding" form, your account will be approved within 5 working days.

You will be notified when approval is done via:
• Email
• In-platform notification

Until approval, your account will have limited functionality.

What can I do before my account is approved?

While your account is being reviewed, you'll have limited access to the platform. During this time, you can get a head start by reviewing your onboarding details and managing your company users.

You'll be able to create and send campaigns once your account has been approved.

Why do I need to pass Know Your Business (KYB) procedure?

Governments and regulatory bodies (such as the FATF, FinCEN, and EU AML directives) require financial service providers and payment platforms to implement anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) measures.

KYB is a key part of these requirements, ensuring that businesses using the platform are legitimate and legally registered entities.

How do I log in to my account?

To access your Workbloom Account:

• Go to the Login page (or click "Login" from the Workbloom website)‍
• Sign in using your email address and password

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset the password for your Workbloom Account:

• Go to the Login page
• Click on "Forgot your password?"
• Enter the email address you have initially registered with
• Click "Reset Password"
• You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password.

Where can I see and manage my subscription plan?

When you log in to the platform, navigate to "Subscription" in the left-hand menu. From there you can see and manage your current subscription, including upgrading to a new plan.

Can I add more users to my account?

Yes. You can manage company users from the left-hand menu under "Company Users".

How to load funds for my campaigns?

Navigate to "Campaigns" from the left-hand menu. From the list of campaigns, click on the specific campaign you want to add funds for. In the campaign page, click "Add Funds" from the section Campaign Funds and follow the instructions.

Where can I see the activity for my campaigns?

To check how your campaigns perform and other relevant details, go to "Campaigns" in the left-hand menu on the dashboard. Identify the campaign in the list and click on it to see campaign reports, balance and funds due.

To edit your campaign, please click "Edit" next to the Details section on the campaign page.

Where can I see the overall balance of my account?

Overall balance information is available on the Dashboard (top right).
